For its 25th anniversary in Ukraine, ACC has decided to launch a corporate mobile application. The American Chamber of Commerce appealed to us to develop such a solution.
Since the release of the application was timed to the anniversary, it was necessary to meet the project schedule, not exceeding the deadline. We had 2 months for the development and the first release of the application, therefore, we immediately started working. We held a number of meetings with the customer, during which we formulated general requirements for the application, a detailed list of the required functions, and selected the color scheme.
CORPORATE MOBILE APPLICATION HAD TO SOLVE THE FOLLOWING TASKS: – Provide quick access to news, publications and information about ACC activities – Allow registering for an event in one click – Enter scheduled events in the calendar – Receive push notifications and reminders
In order to fit in the terms, we engaged our best designers and developers to work on the project. We worked on the structure and the application logic in details. In order to facilitate the search of necessary information, we developed a convenient system of filters for the directions of activities (B2B, B2G, B2U). In addition, we created a system of color identification of types of events, provided the possibility of registering for an event in one click. Push-notifications are built into the application to remind about scheduled events and notify about the latest news. In order to reach the maximum audience, we developed an application for two platforms at the same time: Android and iOS.
Increasing user involvement in ACC events by 23% during the first month after the application release.
Facilitate the work of ACC personnel. With the help of the application, the ACC employees do not need to create a daily e-mail newsletter with up-to-date information about the events.
Facilitate the event registration process. Thanks to the registration in one click, the attendance of ACC events increased.
